UK Events Crew and OnSinch Online System Legal Policy

Introduction 1.1 This Legal Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the OnSinch online system by UK Events Crew employees, contractors, and affiliates. 1.2 UK Events Crew is committed to ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory obligations concerning data protection, employment law, and fair business practices. 1.3 By accessing or using OnSinch, all users agree to abide by this policy and any future amendments.

2. Definitions 2.1 "UK Events Crew" refers to the entity providing event staffing services. 2.2 "OnSinch" refers to the online workforce management system used by UK Events Crew to schedule and manage crew. 2.3 "User" refers to any individual granted access to OnSinch by UK Events Crew. 2.4 "Personal Data" refers to any information that identifies an individual. 2.5 "Confidential Information" includes but is not limited to client details, employee records, and proprietary data.

3. Data Protection and Privacy 3.1 UK Events Crew and OnSinch are committed to compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. 3.2 Users' personal data will only be collected, stored, and processed for legitimate business purposes, including recruitment, scheduling, and payroll. 3.3 Personal data shall not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law. 3.4 Users must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials and report any suspected data breaches immediately.

4. User Responsibilities 4.1 Users must ensure that all information submitted to OnSinch is accurate and up to date. 4.2 Any misuse of the system, including falsification of availability, work records, or timesheets, is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action. 4.3 Users must respect client confidentiality and not disclose sensitive information obtained through OnSinch. 4.4 Any attempt to access unauthorized data or tamper with system functionalities is a violation of this policy.

5. Employer Obligations 5.1 UK Events Crew shall ensure that OnSinch is used in compliance with employment laws and that all crew members are paid in accordance with contractual agreements. 5.2 The company will provide necessary training and support for users of OnSinch. 5.3 Any changes to work schedules, pay rates, or contractual terms shall be communicated transparently through OnSinch.

6. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality 6.1 OnSinch and all associated content, including templates, documents, and workflows, remain the intellectual property of UK Events Crew and/or OnSinch. 6.2 Users shall not distribute, reproduce, or disclose any proprietary information obtained through OnSinch without prior authorization. 6.3 Breach of confidentiality obligations may result in legal action.

7. System Security 7.1 Users must not share their login credentials or grant unauthorized access to the OnSinch system. 7.2 Any security vulnerabilities or suspected breaches must be reported to UK Events Crew immediately. 7.3 UK Events Crew reserves the right to monitor system usage and audit logs to ensure compliance with security policies.

8. Termination and Enforcement 8.1 UK Events Crew reserves the right to revoke OnSinch access for any user who breaches this policy. 8.2 Any violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment or legal proceedings. 8.3 Any disputes arising from the use of OnSinch shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Amendments and Updates 9.1 UK Events Crew reserves the right to update this policy as necessary to reflect changes in legal requirements or business practices. 9.2 Users will be notified of any material changes to this policy. 9.3 Continued use of OnSinch following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
